Lantern slide showing a stone cross which is erected in Tullaghen village, Co. Leitrim. Originally titled 'Cross Tullaghen' and labelled 'L1 4'.The cross is believed to be from the 9th-10th century and is located along the N15. This cross was erected as a market cross by Major Thomas Dickson  in 1778.  The celtic cross was discovered on the shore of Donegal Bay in 1778 and it is thought to be part of a long lost monastery.
