Description

Lantern slide of stucco work on a ceiling and wall in a building in Dublin. Originally labelled 'D3 38' with no title. The stucco work on the wall consists of foliate hanging garlands centred about a roundel with neoclassical figures harvesting crops. The garlands hang from the beaks of two birds. The ceiling is decorated at the corners (only two of which can be seen) with fanned foliate designs. Part of a central panel can be seen protruding into the slide consisting of an elaborate central plasterwork design.
