Descrição

Lantern slide of the Museum Building, Trinity College Dublin. Originally labeled 'D3 II 5' with title ' Engineering Sch. T.C.D.' Located on the South of New Square, the Museum Building was built in the mid-nineteenth century. There are Lombardesque, Byzantine and Moorish influences evident in the building's architecture. A view of the interior of the building is visible from the slide. The columns are made from Irish marble, with elaborately carved capitals made of Portland stone. The interior walls are faced with Caen Limestone.
