Lantern Slide of a standing stone in Glencolumbkille, Co Donegal. This is station 8 of the Gleann Cholm Cille Turas, a religious procession that incorporates 15 diferent stations within 9 different townlands of Donegal.The slide has been originally catalogued as number 40 beside a label reading 'Glencolumbkille Cloch an Aoineach.' The image consists of an inscribed cross pillar, measuring 6.5 ft tall. Its design includes three circular elements, connected by a vertical line. At the top is a cross contained in a circle with a perforation at its centre.
