On the slide can be seen the caption 'Entring in to the University Chapell on the left hand-side is seen a fair monument white matble of one Challoner, founder of this Chappell as appears by inscription thereon which (see page)'. Luke Challoner was, amongst others, one of the scholars responsible for developing the collection of Trinity College Dublin library. Originally catalogued as 'D3 VIII, 60'.
