Originally catalogued as 'D3 IX, 34' with labelling 'Derrick' and the caption 'Departure of the Lord Deputy, Sir Henry Sidney, from Dublin. ' Detail from The Image of Irelande, by John Derrick. Sir Henry was appointed Lord Deputy to Ireland in 1565 and he returned to England in the Autumn of 1567. In Derrick's print, he appears to be departing from Dublin Castle.
