Опис
Lantern slide of a drawing of a kistvaen, Co. Fermanagh. Originally labeled '8 G' with 'kistvaen with E Co. Fer.' Kistvaen are tombs made up of flat stone slabs in the shape of a box. Like a burial chamber, it is set entirely underground. These tombs have been associated with early Christian sites, especially those related to Celtic saints. The drawing shows the mound in profile with the tomb visibly inserted into the middle.
