Originally catalogued with the label 'T199' and titled 'Cormac's Chapel Cashel'. There is an unreadable handwritten title on the back of the slide that could be 'Cashel'. There is an adhesive label on the front of the front of the slide that reads 'Optician, 5, Dame Street, Dublin'.
