Lantern slide depicting Oran Round Tower, Co. Roscommon. Originally titled 'ORAN RD. TR. Roscommon' and labelled 'R 35'. The slide depicts the round tower in Oran graveyard. Only the base of the tower remains. It is believed that the monumnet was built as part of a settlement by St. Patrick. The tower is four metres high and has no doors or windows. There is an opening in the northeast of the tower.
