Lantern slide depicting an Augustinian Church in Drogheda, Co. Louth. Originally without a title and labelled 'L5 30'. The monument in the image is officially known as The Abbey of St. Mary d'Urso, but in the area it is situated in it is also known as The Old Abbey or The Hospital of St. Mary d'Urso. The hospital which originally resided in the building was founded c. 1206 by Ursus de Swemele and his wife for the sick and infirm. The remains are located near the West Gate of Drogheda.
