            Description
Lantern slide of a High Cross, Tully Church, Co. Dublin. Originally labeled 'D3 II 60' with the title 'Crosses at Tully.' Standing at c.85cm, this high cross is made from granite. The west side of the cross contains a carving of a face. The east side contains a carving of a figure wearing a full length garment. It appears they are holding a crozier, suggesting it is an ecclesiastical figure. It is possible that this cross dates to the 12th century.
