Lantern slide of Charlemont House and Findlater's Church, Co. Dublin. Originally catalogued with label "203 Charlemont House and Findlater's Church Dublin." Depicts a view from Parnell Square of Charlemont House, commisioned by James Caulfield, the 4th Viscount Charlemont and the 1st Earl of Charlemont, and built in 1765. The building is now home to the Hugh Lane gallery. Also in view is the Abbey Presbyterian church, known popularly as Findlater's Church after its benefactor Alexander Findlater. The church was erected in 1864.
