Lantern slide of an architectural drawing of Powerscourt House (known now as Powerscourt Centre), South William Street, Co. Dublin. Originally catalogued with labels "Powerscourt Ho. Leask" and "D3XI 80." Depicts a drawing of Powerscourt House's facade. In the 18th century the building served as Lord Powerscourt's townhouse, now a city shopping centre. A note on the drawing reads "Front elevation." Elevation is a term used in architectural plans, meaning the facade. An elevation is also a flat representation of one side of a building.
