Description

Drogheda House was located at no. 10 O'Connell Street, which was named Sackville Street at the time of its building. It was a mansion built by the Earl of Drogheda circa 1751. The house was located on the corner of Drogheda street and Henry Street, which is Earl Street today. A horse and carriage can be seen in the foreground. Originally catalogued as 'D3 VIII, 86' with no further labelling.
