Description

Lantern slide of Tailor's Hall, Dublin. Originally labeled 'D3 III 83' and with the title 'Taylors Hall.' This is the only surviving medieval Guild Hall in Dublin. It was established in 1706 as the headquarters of the Guild of Merchant Tailors. The ornate gateway to the hall can be seen in the slide.
