Caldragh Graveyard
Lanern slide of a carved stone figure found on Boa Island, Co. Fermanagh. Originally labeled '51 F' with title 'Caldragh 12.' Found in the Caldragh graveyeard are two stone statues. The one pictured is a Janus, or double-sided figure, the east being male and the west side a female. The male side is carved in high relief and can be seen with a pointed penis and crossed arms. These figures have been described as Celtic idols and have suffered terrible weathering in the past years.
