Beskrivelse

Oratory of Saint Molaise
Lantern slide of the Oratory of Saint Molaise and a round tower on Devenish Island, Co Fermanagh. Originally labeled 'F 19' with identifying stickers 'Devenish Island', 'Ireland Lecture II' and '27'. The stone ruins of the 12th Century Romanesque oratory are situated on the edge of the Island. The site is home to ruins from many later time periods. The accompanying round tower is also dated from the 12th-13th Century. Two female figures are shown seated on the right corner of the grass. The slide was also painted to reflect 'true' colour.
