Alternative Title
Illustrations of the wave called the Bullog at Ballymore cove; Ventry Harbour
This remarkable wave rises suddently on the calmest day and rolls into the narrow cove of Balymore on the East shore of Venty Harbour. It appears to result from some swell of the atlantic which at certain times of tide, rolls into Venty Harbour and is arrestet by a large sand bank just opposite the entrance of Ballymore cove. As the wave receeds it rolls into this creek and rises higher and higher in its progress up it.
